Applying for a Scholarship
- Scholarship Form: A link to the scholarship application form will be sent in the pre-registration email after you have registered for your camp.
- Application Review: Scholarship applications will be reviewed on a continuous basis starting in the early spring. You will receive notification of scholarship award no later than May 15th.
- Scholarship Limit: In order to have scholarship funds available for as many campers as possible, we ask that you limit scholarship requests to two summer camps per child.
If You Receive a Scholarship
- Registration Fee: We ask that you pay the $50.00 non-refundable fee upon registration. If a scholarship is not awarded to your camper, the $50.00 fee will be refunded to you.
- Canceling a Scholarship: If you receive a scholarship and your child can no longer attend camp, please let us know as soon as possible so that scholarship funds can be awarded to another camper.
- Thank You Letter: If your child receives a scholarship, we ask that they write a thank you letter to the following address, or they may email their thank you letter to stemcenter@mst.edu:
