If creepy crawlers, nature finds, and flying insects fascinate your child, this is the summer camp for them. Campers will play with insects, look at nature, and investigate bugs as the next generation of entomologists. Campers will learn about insects' natural history and biodiversity through a series of fun projects and activities.

Campers will create a specimen collection through exploring the natural world around them. They will investigate their specimens through close lab inspection to understand the physical characteristics. Using their gathered data, students will categorize their collection using taxonomy classification and create detailed displays. There will be a showcase at the end to show off your collections and what you learned about the world around you. You will be able to take home your completed project and show your family and school as well.
