Welcome to Future City: Electrifying Your Future Summer Camp! Get ready to embark on an electrifying journey into the world of urban design and sustainability at our immersive Future City camp.

Using the power of the Engineering Design Process (EDP) and project management skills, you'll tackle real-world sustainability issues and showcase your innovative solutions to create a brighter, greener future for all.

This camp will feature the 2023-2024 Missouri High School Future City Team, in addition to S&T faculty and K12 working professionals who strive to inspire and inform present and future generations to discover engineering and engage students, parents, and educators in hands-on experiences while making science and math relevant.

Space is Limited! Early registration is recommended. Campers will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis, based upon date of registration and when payment is received. Waiting lists will be maintained and filled in the order that they were received should cancellations occur.

The principles that guide this camp include:

  •         All of us are stronger than any one of us
  •         We provide access to all
  •         This camp helps create a united voice
  •         The engineering design process brings out the engineer in each of us
  •         Mentors and role models are crucial to attract and retain people in engineering

Activities include:

•          learn how to design and program in VR to model a city of the future
