Camp Activities

Have you ever wondered what it takes to envision, plan for, and make a movie? Campers have a chance to stop watching and start making their very own short films! Campers learn everything from how to collaborate with a team, to “Hollywood” script creation, to how to call a “take” on set, to post-production essentials, and even how to act for the camera.

This camp has been described as “the creative meets the technical” because campers use professional equipment and learn from working creatives in the film and theater industry. Not only that but on the last night of camp, the community is invited to come watch each team’s short film during a ritzy, red-carpet film festival. If you have not had any “movie” experience before, please know we welcome all experience levels.
